I’m a teaching artist, directing in London, Europe and the US.
I’m also an actor, voice artist and award-winning film-maker based in London.
Teaching / Directing
2013 – present
I teach acting internationally, including at ArtsEd, Guildhall School of Music and Drama, Mountview and Central in London, and across Europe at Fontainebleau School of Acting, Écoles Nationale des Supérieure des Arts de Techniques Du Théatre, Prima Del Teatro, and workshops for Cheek By Jowl, Belarus Free Theatre and in further secondary schools, universities and in restorative justice programs internationally, including Wellesley College, MA and Limestone Correctional Facility, AL.
Research / Scholarship
2013 – present
Trained on the BA in Acting at Guildhall School of Music and Drama, and with an MA in Actor Training and Coaching (distinction) at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama – my practice is founded on a wealth of practical and academic knowledge, and international influence. My post-graduate thesis investigated ‘Thresholds: the tension between identity, safe space and effective actor training.’ Request a copy here.
Theatre
2010 – present
I have worked with progressive directors including Declan Donnellan, Katie Mitchell, Patsy Rodenberg, Vladimir Scherban, Jane Gibson, Owen Horsley, Laurent de Montalembert, Alain Perroux and Mike Alfreds.
As an actor I’ve performed across Europe, the US and Russia, most recently playing Juliet on a US Tour of Romeo and Juliet with Actors From the London Stage, and Maria in Twelfth Night directed by Kirsty Bushell.
